Rational Planning
Making Cold Storage More Energy-Efficient, Safer, and Higher in Efficiency
Energy Conservation
In cold storage operations, potential energy loss can occur at every corner. At the loading bay, typical dock levelers under sectional doors can result in gaps between the leveler and the pit, exposure to outdoor temperatures, and poor sealing between the truck and the cold storage—all contributing to energy loss and higher operational costs. Conventional cold storage doors, with their poor sealing and low speed, are a primary source of inefficiency.
Environmental Control
Due to the sensitivity of goods stored in cold storage, improper sealing during loading/unloading is highly detrimental. Energy loss, air exchange, and temperature fluctuations can cause spoilage, contamination, food safety issues, and decreased employee comfort.
Safety
During cargo handling and loading/unloading, safety for personnel, cargo, equipment, and vehicles is critical. Cold storage loading areas are busy zones with mixed traffic, and poor insulation and sealing lead to heavy condensation, slippery surfaces, and increased accident risk. Inside the cold room, floor icing becomes hazardous for vehicles and workers.
Efficient Operation
Automatic door operation is essential for energy conservation, yet traditional doors open and close slowly, delaying drivers and impacting productivity. They’re also prone to damage and hard to repair, causing downtime.

Dock Levelers

Improve Efficiency with One-Step Loading/Unloading
Dock levelers adjust height differences between truck beds and docks, providing a smooth, safe, and fast operation. Ideal for cold storage where insulation is critical.
Types:
Cold storage dock levelers are installed under sectional doors. If left unsealed, openings or gaps allow heat exchange, affecting the internal temperature and increasing energy costs.
H-1000 Series / Bremet Elite Series

Flip Lip Hydraulic Dock Leveler
Achieves level loading and unloading, improving efficiency
Widely used at modern logistics dock bays
Enhanced Safety Features
Reinforced Deck Support
The underside of the deck is reinforced with 8–10 C-shaped beams to maintain deck flexibility and provide optimal support.
Inverted Hydraulic Cylinder Design
The inverted hydraulic cylinder design prevents dust accumulation, which can lead to oil seal leakage or failure of the safety lock valve.
Smooth Transition Design
The lip adopts a double 5° arch design, increasing the contact area with truck beds and ensuring smoother transitions.
A patented curved tail section ensures continuous contact between the dock leveler and forklift wheels at all operating heights, reducing vibrations, protecting cargo, and minimizing operator fatigue and occupational hazards.
Full-Length Maintenance Support Bar
Provides effective support for both the platform and lip. It resists impacts from both front and sides. The central support point on the lip enhances safety and impact resistance.
Enclosed Tubular Hinge
The hinge design increases contact area with the hinge pin, distributes stress more evenly, and allows grease injection for smooth lip operation.
Smart Control System
Equipped with a patented IoT-enabled control box that supports expandable smart features, helping clients realize intelligent loading dock management.
D-1000 Series

Telescopic Hydraulic Dock Leveler
Optimized for cold storage docks with thermal bridge isolation design, reducing energy consumption
Fully Sealed Dock Design
Sealing is a critical requirement. The telescopic dock leveler is installed inside the cold storage sectional door. When the door is closed, the leveler rests at the bottom of the pit, completely isolating indoor and outdoor air, reducing energy loss.
Full Cold Chain Concept
For clients with stricter requirements, the pit can be specially designed to allow refrigerated trucks to dock first before opening their doors from inside the building, minimizing internal temperature fluctuation.
Flexible Extension Length
The telescopic lip can be installed inside the cold storage bay and extend up to 1000mm or 1200mm, ensuring smooth loading/unloading.

XHF01 Dock House

Energy-saving, space-efficient loading bay solution
For sites with spacious external parking areas, a dock house is an ideal solution for thermal insulation. Installed outside the insulated sectional door, it saves valuable cold storage interior space and includes a loading bay, dock leveler, dock seals/shelters, etc.
Once the door is closed, indoor and outdoor airflows are completely blocked, achieving excellent sealing.
Dock houses are custom-sized according to the door and dock dimensions. They are statically load-tested and typically use modular structures for ease of transport and on-site installation.
Panels are made of polyurethane with 42mm, 50mm, or 75mm thickness. The base frame can also be insulated as per client requirements.
